KÜBLER at the annual conference of the Association of German Laser Users!
The metalworking industry has hall buildings. And there is an urgent need to find heating solutions that work sensibly, economically and in compliance with the GEG in these buildings. Energy-saving hall heating systems were therefore an item on the agenda at this year's annual general meeting of the VdLB (Verband deutscher Laseranwender -Blechbearbeitung e. V.) In particular, the innovative FUTURA multi-energy open IR heating system from KÜBLER met with great interest from the audience. One member of the association, the company "Die Kanter & Schlosser" from Trier, has already had relevant and very positive experience with the new development from the hall heating specialist from Ludwigshafen.
FUTURA combines the unique advantages of infrared heating technology in halls with openness to a variety of energy sources, including green electricity, hydrogen and biogenic gases. They can be used flexibly in mixed or mono operation, depending on which energy is currently available and particularly cost-effective. The innovative hall heating system therefore offers operators maximum operational and investment security, as it can be operated in compliance with the GEG today as well as after 2045. For new hall buildings, it is also designed as a 2-in-1 system with integrated hall lighting. This further increases the sustainability and cost-effectiveness of the system, as the costs for cabling, control and maintenance are almost halved.
Our sincere thanks go to the VdLB for the opportunity to present and to all participants for the exciting discussions and positive feedback. We remain committed to advancing trade and industry through innovative technologies and look forward to future opportunities for exchange!
