Best of Mittelstand 2025 -KÜBLER energy-saving hall heating systems reach jury stage at the "Grand Prix of Medium-Sized Enterprises"

"Securing the future together" is the motto of the 2024 "SME Grand Prix" competition. It couldn't be more fitting, as this is exactly what SMEs are all about: Securing the future - across generations. This is demonstrated by the 451 companies that reached the jury stage for the various award categories this year: SME Grand Prix, Finalist, Bronze Plaque of Honor, Premier Finalist, Premier and Premier Plaque of Honor. Separate awards are also presented to municipalities and banks of the year.
"For us at KÜBLER, securing the future means looking to the future with optimism, even in difficult economic times, and developing the products that will be needed in the future," says Thomas Kübler, Managing Partner of KÜBLER GmbH. The use of artificial intelligence is just one of many examples.
A real win-win situation for the economic efficiency of heating and for climate protection. Especially as the latest developments can be operated flexibly with renewable energy sources.
In order to secure the future for the company, its employees, society and the environment, other issues are also important at KÜBLER. Above all, job security, employee retention and the issue of company succession and safeguarding.
Every year, the "Großer Preis des Mittelstandes" honors the overall entrepreneurial achievements of medium-sized and often family-run companies. This year, the prestigious award is being presented for the 30th time by the Oskar Patzelt Foundation and is awarded at ceremonial gala balls at regional and national level. The presentation of the certificate for reaching the jury stage of the "Grand Prix of the Mittelstand" - the second stage of the competition - took place regionally at the LIEBLANG Group in Friedrichsfeld. The event was organized by br business relations GmbH, the official service point of the Oskar Patzelt Foundation.

Heating and lighting industrial and commercial buildings in a climate-neutral way - that is "excellent", according to the jury of the state of Rhineland-Palatinate, which awarded the prestigious innovation prize to KÜBLER GmbH from Ludwigshafen. With this award, the state honours the immediately implementable and economical contribution to decarbonization in industrial heat supply through the FUTURA multi-energy system. The old hall heating system consumes too much energy. And it is becoming increasingly unreliable. Good reasons to finally tackle heating modernization and replace the old system with a modern, energy-efficient one. But the expense seems high and is often shied away from. Yet today there are alternative solutions that can also be very interesting from an economic point of view.
