This is how the future heats
Energy-saving hall heating systems. Superior on principle
The infrared heaters and heating systems from KÜBLER stand for cutting-edge technology in modern hall heating. Energy-saving, cost-effective, flexible and highly reliable. Our dark radiant heater portfolio is one of the most extensive - probably even worldwide. Designed for total, partial or individual heating. For different temperature zones. For halls of all kinds. GEG compliant. And made in Germany.
CELESTRA heat management.
The new transparency in heating operation.
The CELESTRA Heat Management EMMA is the key to the new world of digital hall heating. The intelligent software tool analyzes, archives, compares and documents temperature curves, heating output and consumption data. The system provides up-to-date information on the current system status and brings a completely new level of transparency to the heating process. It not only provides the tools to optimize the efficiency of the heating system in a targeted manner. It also provides the prerequisites for achieving efficiency targets. For example, certification in accordance with DIN 50001.
By the way: The CELESTRA digital control unit offers a wide range of other practical additional functions. From remote control to humidity control. From ParkOff to party control. Smart efficiency modules, easy to retrofit. They have proven themselves in practice thousands of times over.
HeizWerk - Rent heat.
A very smart decision from a commercial point of view
No budget - but need a modern heating solution for your hall? The smart rental model from KÜBLER enables you to make the leap to greater heating comfort and energy efficiency in any new or existing building. Quite simply. Without investing in a new system. Without balance sheet depreciation. Without personnel and time expenditure.
The best thing is: HeizWerk pays for itself. With annual cost savings of up to 25 percent. This is because the rental price plus the costs for the greatly reduced primary energy consumption together are significantly lower than the old system. The entire Heiz-Werk service portfolio was designed with this in mind.
Networked efficiency. HEAT 4.0 - the digital hall heating system
How do you meet the challenges of energy efficiency and digitalization in industrial and commercial buildings? One of the most economical and pragmatic answers to this question is another highlight topic at ISH digital. WÄRME 4.0 stands for a new, comprehensive view of heat supply in hall buildings. KÜBLER combines efficiency technologies for hall heating with energy-saving cooling. Even integrates waste heat from production processes. Integrates energy flows in halls and offices. Integrates intelligent services. Makes completely new synergy effects and savings potential available. And, last but not least, links its innovative energy-saving technologies with WÄRME 4.0.
Sustainable innovation services for energy efficiency
With its patents, patent applications and utility models, KÜBLER sets the benchmarks in modern hall heating. For three decades. The hall heating specialist's commitment to basic research and development has made the company a pioneer of energy-efficient infrared technology. The product developments from the innovation forge in Ludwigshafen are traditionally among the highlights of the world's leading trade fair ISH.
From expert to expert: the daily discussion platform during ISH digital
Today, hall heating systems are important levers that play a decisive role in determining the profitability of companies. This is because there is enormous, but often overlooked, potential for savings. In view of the current energy efficiency targets, this is a point that companies with an eye to the future should not ignore.
This topic in particular raises questions left and right or even leads to uncertainty. How do I make intelligent use of this potential? Which system is really economical? What about the requirements of the GEG, how do I meet the requirements of DIN EN ISO 50001 - in short: how do I really plan for the future?

Ludwigshafen, 19.06.2020 | The Building Energy Act, or GEG for short, has long been eagerly awaited. The uniform, coordinated set of regulations for the energy requirements for new buildings, existing buildings and the use of renewable energies to supply heating and cooling to buildings is intended to bring together various laws on building energy efficiency and heat use. And thus significantly simplify the previously highly complex and difficult to understand landscape of energy-saving legislation for building owners and planners. Drafts of the law have been available since 2017. After endless postponements over legislative periods, the GEG was passed yesterday in the Bundestag.

The task The well-insulated new hall with an area of around 900 m² and a ceiling height of around nine meters will house storage areas for raw materials, machine parts and end products in addition to production. Christoph Buxbaum answers the question of what requirements he has for the heating of the new hall as follows: "Three simple reasons were decisive. The new building [...]

Ludwigshafen, August 2020 | Decentralized infrared radiant heating systems are the technology of choice in tall buildings with ceiling heights of over 4 meters. Here, they are often functionally superior to alternative heating systems. Their efficiency is so high that they have been able to exceed climate protection requirements for years, even without the integration of renewable energies. They also offer clear advantages in terms of investment costs, as studies have shown. With the entry into force of the GEG, high-efficiency technologies such as decentralized infrared heating systems are finally finding their way into legislation.
