Company visit to KÜBLER GmbH in Ludwigshafen

"The state government's goals are good jobs, prosperity and participation for the people of Rhineland-Palatinate. We want to become the winning state of transformation. KÜBLER GmbH is characterized by innovative strength, energy efficiency and sustainability," explained Minister President Malu Dreyer during her visit to the specialist for energy-saving hall heating systems in Ludwigshafen.
"We are living in a decade of change. We need to master current challenges such as climate change, digitalization and the shortage of skilled workers. We are in the midst of one of the biggest and most dynamic changes in the world of work. The state government is therefore setting the right framework conditions in times of transformation, including for our SMEs," emphasized Minister President Malu Dreyer.
"I am very pleased that the Minister President was with us today, because it is important to intensify the dialog between politicians and the companies that provide the technology for the energy transition. The energy transition is also a turning point and will place great demands on us all. Good networking will also help to shape this transition better from an economic point of view. Together, we can secure important jobs and play an active role in ensuring that future topics such as the use of hydrogen are also successful," explained Thomas Kübler, founder and managing partner of KÜBLER GmbH.
KÜBLER GmbH can look back on a 30-year success story. Over the past decades, the company has implemented several thousand highly efficient heating projects that achieve high energy savings. The responsible use of energy, water and raw materials is defined as a corporate goal. "It makes me proud that we have hidden champions like KÜBLER GmbH in Rhineland-Palatinate. Here, energy efficiency is not just a happy by-product, but the core of the company's brand. Rhineland-Palatinate is an attractive location with a home and future for many strong, imaginative companies," explained Minister President Malu Dreyer.

Ludwigshafen, 19.06.2020 | The Building Energy Act, or GEG for short, has long been eagerly awaited. The uniform, coordinated set of regulations for the energy requirements for new buildings, existing buildings and the use of renewable energies to supply heating and cooling to buildings is intended to bring together various laws on building energy efficiency and heat use. And thus significantly simplify the previously highly complex and difficult to understand landscape of energy-saving legislation for building owners and planners. Drafts of the law have been available since 2017. After endless postponements over legislative periods, the GEG was passed yesterday in the Bundestag.
