Current electricity prices
According to current figures, the industrial electricity price in Germany for companies without discounts is just under 18 ct/kWh (as of early 2025). Companies with special conditions already pay from around 11.7 ct/kWh. At the same time, the federal government plans to introduce an electricity price of around 5 ct/kWh for particularly energy-intensive industrial companies from 2026.
The structure of the industrial electricity price is based on the European CISAF aid framework and defines, among other things, the sectors eligible for aid, the eligible electricity volume, and the form of consideration. According to this, at least 50% of the aid received must be invested in decarbonization. One of six possible measures envisaged is investment in energy efficiency and flexible demand management (source: @DENEFF).
For you, this means:
• When you operate your hall with the powerful ELEXTRA electric hall heating system, you are relying on a system that is optimally focused on the price of electricity.
• In view of rising procurement costs and exciting political measures, it is now worth reviewing heating technology, efficiency, and operating costs.
• Even if your industry is not (yet) covered by the special pricing regulation, a modern and highly efficient electrical solution can meet efficiency requirements, reduce current costs, and take advantage of future opportunities.
✅ Your advantage with KÜBLER:
• Fully electrified – no fossil fuels.
