IHK SUMMER RECEPTION 2025 - "Why we need to be honest now."
Manfred Schnabel put it in a nutshell: if we want to change the economic and social situation, it doesn't help to bury our heads in the sand. In his rousing speech, the President of the Rhine-Neckar Chamber of Industry and Commerce shed light on his "Gretchen question" from a European, national, regional and local perspective, earning loud applause for many of his statements.
Around 600 guests were invited to this year's summer reception at Gutshof Ladenburg. Even the DIHK from Berlin was represented: Sofie Geisel probably had the longest journey to our beautiful metropolitan region. After a lively speech by host Manfred Schnabel, the event was all about networking, exchanging ideas and enjoying the summer atmosphere.
