From the resolution: „As the Christian Democratic Union, we advocate making the new Building Energy Act more open to technology, more flexible and simpler.“

Kübler: „The new regulation will finally provide more planning security for heating technology issues - this is particularly important for industrial and commercial buildings, which can now more easily use significantly more functional and economical heating solutions. This will provide a boost - for the renovation rate and the energy transition.“
