Modern hall heating - new and existing buildings
Heating halls efficiently, economically and functionally is a challenge. Because in these huge buildings with ceiling heights that often reach 20 meters, a lot of energy can quickly be wasted - energy that is expensive and, depending on the heating technology used, also causes high emissions. The existing building stock is often still equipped with inefficient, fossil-fuelled hot air blowers, which is a burden on both the already strained company coffers and the environment.
Modern heating technology heats halls with infrared radiation, which offers a number of advantages over alternative technologies. Infrared radiant heating is the best choice for halls as it does not heat air. This principle results in a quickly noticeable warmth and very high energy efficiency, as no rising warm air accumulates unused under the ceiling. Their targeted heat emission also minimizes air circulation, which reduces dust turbulence and improves the indoor climate.
Modern hall heating systems with Fair.AIdH technology, such as FUTURA, offer TGA planners further decisive advantages. These innovative and multi-award-winning multi-energy systems are made for the energy transition. They can be CO2-They can be operated with electricity or hydrogen, but can also be operated with natural gas or liquid gas as redundancy. In this way, dark doldrums can be bridged reliably and cost-effectively.
The smart systems also offer the option of integrating the hall lighting into the same device for new hall construction. This halves the cost of setting up a separate infrastructure for the lighting and also increases the sustainability of this pioneering hall heating technology.
The innovative Fair.AIdH systems such as FUTURA or ELEXTRA from KÜBLER offer technical building services planners an excellent opportunity to heat their new build or renovation projects in a future-oriented, economical and functional way.
This is why KÜBLER not only supports specialist planners in all phases of their projects, but is also a sponsor of the DEUTSCHE TGA AWARD, which will once again recognize outstanding new construction and renovation projects from the last two years at GET NORD in Hamburg in November 2026. The DEUTSCHE TGA AWARD is presented every two years and will enter its 7th round in 2026. Applications can still be submitted until 31.05.2026.
