Kununu Top Company Award 2025
This is the third time in a row that the Ludwigshafen-based hall heating specialist has been awarded the coveted seal.
  • After KÜBLER Energiesparende Hallenheizungen was already recognized as a Top Company in 2023 and 2024, the company also received the kununu Top Company Award for an outstanding corporate culture this year.
  • The employer seal recognizes companies with a high level of employee satisfaction and is awarded exclusively on the basis of independent reviews on kununu.
  • Approximately five percent of all companies on kununu are recognized as a Top Company every year.
  • kununu CEO Nina Zimmermann: „A strong signal to talented people looking for their ideal workplace.“

„We did it again! We are delighted to receive this great award,“ says Svenja Kelkel, HR at KÜBLER. The employer rating platform kununu has once again recognized KÜBLER as a Top Company 2025. The award is based on the independent evaluations of employees on the platform. This makes KÜBLER one of the companies with the best working environment in Rhineland-Palatinate. „We congratulate KÜBLER on once again receiving the Top Company seal,“ says Nina Zimmermann, CEO of kununu. „This award is only given to five percent of companies that have received particularly positive reviews on kununu. It stands for recognition and appreciation and sends a strong signal to potential applicants. In addition, the seal not only has an external effect, but also strengthens the corporate culture. For example, 52 percent of seal purchasers received feedback from their employees about the award - 77 percent of this feedback was explicitly positive. “KÜBLER is proud of the renewed award. Svenja Kelkel: „In the KÜBLER family, we see ourselves as a team that pulls together. This is important to us and characterizes our value-oriented working atmosphere.“
To qualify for the kununu Top Company Seal 2025, a company must meet the following criteria:- At least seven reviews from employees since the profile was created. Reviews from applicants are not counted.

  • A score of at least 3.8 stars (out of a maximum of 5 possible),
  • Both overall and in the assessments of employees.
  • In the past twelve months, the employee's evaluation score must be at least 3.8 stars.
  • At least two new valuations in the last twelve months.
  • An updated valuation also counts as a new valuation.

A survey conducted by kununu among companies that were recognized as a Top Company in the last seal season revealed that 56% of respondents somewhat agreed and 13% completely agreed that the seal has improved their competitive position in the race for qualified specialists. In addition, more than half of the top companies from the previous year (58 percent) recorded an increase in the number of applications as a result of the seal.

  • 55 percent less CO₂ emissions by 2030, 80 to 95 percent by 2050 - these are the German government's targets for the building sector. In addition to residential and office buildings, there is also a great need for industrial buildings (production halls, etc.). In this area, the heating systems from the Ludwigshafen-based infrared specialist KÜBLER already meet the requirements of the next decade. A joint research project between KÜBLER and the Technical University of Kaiserslautern entitled InfraEff now promises the decisive innovative step on the 2050 stage. Supported and funded by the Federal Ministry of Education and Research - BMBF. The cooperation partners met in Ludwigshafen on March 13 to kick off the project.
