Seeing energy-saving hall heating with new eyes
WÄRME 4.0 is the way in which you accompany hall operators into the future of heating technology. What do you mean by that, Mr. KÜBLER? "Digitalization is triggering a similar landslide in industrial production processes as it has already done in our communication behavior. The German government has gone so far as to speak of a 4th industrial revolution and is basing its Industry 4.0 high-tech strategy on this. This development is taking place more slowly for some and more quickly for others. But it cannot be stopped. WÄRME 4.0 is our consistent response to this." Incidentally, the Managing Partner of the Ludwigshafen-based hall heating company of the same name, KÜBLER GmbH, was recently awarded the Rhineland-Palatinate Innovation Prize for this response.
Efficiency is networked today
But what exactly is behind HEAT 4.0? KÜBLER's answer is that efficiency is now networked. The new generation of heating systems can be connected to production processes and machines. Energy flows in halls and offices are thus interlinked and at the same time integrated into intelligent services. The result is that completely new synergy effects and savings potential can be uncovered and exploited with HEAT 4.0.
The digital hall heating system
When it comes to the digitalization of heating processes, the innovation leader goes far beyond system control. The new appliance ranges such as OPTIMA plus, MAXIMA and PRIMA are smart high-tech developments that communicate with users. The information flows together in a heat management system. The data streams from a wide range of components are bundled here. The heat management system offers comprehensive analysis tools and ensures transparency and documentation across the entire heating process - key requirements, for example for certification in accordance with ISO 50001 or DIN EN 16247.

The traditional Grün-Weiss Mannheim club is one of the largest tennis clubs in Baden. The club has two of its own tennis halls and thus offers continuous training opportunities for the players. However, heating the two halls from 1952/53 and 1972 was increasingly becoming a financial burden for the club. Between 30,000 and 35,000 liters of heating oil per year were consumed [...]
